This quote means that you have to do what is right and every time you do something right it will be easier to do the right thing again and again until you are doing the right thing without having to think. If you do the right thing you will feel good inside and you'll want to do the right thing always so you could always feel god inside for yourself. If you do what is right your conscience will approve of it.
