"Together everyone achieves more." -ANON

I believe this quote means that you have to work with other people to accomplish goals. If you help each other out it will be easier to accomplish things in life. When you don't work with other people it makes harder and difficult to accomplish things in life. For example if you have a group project and you decide you will work with your group each of you would have your own part and will complete it faster than a person who decides to work by him/herself because he/she will have to do all the work and have more on their plate and will take more time to finish it.

  • The figures are going up a hill.
  • The figures are helping each other up the hill.
  • They need each other to accomplish it
  • a goal they seem to want to accomplish
  • It implies that you can't accomplish things on your own that you also need the help of others.
  • They don't leave anybody behind.
  • They all seem to stick together as a team.
  • When you work together you can accomplish more.
  • They don't seem to be struggling.
  • The background is nice and in a implying that helping each other is the right thing to do.

"Your mind is garden. Your thoughts are the seeds... you can grow flowers, or you can grow weeds..." - ANON
I believe this is trying to say that if you give your mind good thoughts like the goals you would like to accomplish you will accomplish and that would be that you grow flowers. If you give your mind bad thoughts like choosing  the wrong or say you're going to accomplish something but then don't think of it a lot and just put it in the back of your mind you won't be successful in life and you'll have weeds. For example if you want to go to to a good university and you put that in your mind everyday and every moment in your life you will accomplish it. If you want to go to a good university and you put it in the back of your mind and you don't think about it a lot you most likely won't accomplish it.

You want you life to be happy and be nice like the flowers
above and you want to be successful in life just like these
flowers have been.

Whats on your mind?
In my mind I'm thinking about my goals, how even though school could sometimes stress me out and I have to wake up early and some classes they give a lot of work its all for my benefit and my future. In my mind I'm always thinking about everything I have to do today or during the week, I also think about things I would like to accomplish during the week. For example this week I would like to finish a book that I'm reading that is 870 pages long. Also how me and my friend have been trying to get passes to an event that would be amazing if we could go and so far we've had no luck, but how we are going to keep trying to get them.

“The essential thing is not knowledge, but character.”
                                      -Joseph Le Conte

I believe this quote means that no matter how much knowledge, character is water matters more. If you're educated but are not down to earth and you're arrogant people won't care about how much knowledge you have all they'll notice and talk about is your character. If you are educated and are also down to earth and kind and choose the right, using your knowledge to help others that what matters. For example Mr.Martinez is from Huntington Park and went to college and got educated, but didn't forget about HP he came back to share is knowledge and help the students of HP.

"A definite worthy goal combined with a positive mental attitude (PMA), is the starting point of all worthwhile achievement."
                   -Napoleon Hill

I believe that in this quote he is trying to say that to accomplish great things in life you must have a positive outlook because if you're negative you'll want to give up on your dreams and you won't be able to accomplish great things in life. For example if you get a bad grade on a test you shouldn't get angry or let it affect you. You should be positive and ask your teacher if there is any way you can make it up and think about ways that will help for the next time you have a test you can pass it.

"We become what we think about." - Earl Nightingale

I believe this quote means that if what you want to accomplish the goals or dreams you have an your everyday thoughts you will more likely be able to make them come true. For example if you dream of going to a 4 year university out of state and you think about it every single day you'' get there because you're always going to be thinking of what you want to accomplish. If you think about doing the wrong you'll do the wrong. If you think about doing the right you'll do the right.

"Good thoughts bear good fruit. Bad thoughts bear bad fruit."
                 - James Allen

I believe that this quote is trying to say that if you have good thoughts as in you do what is right and you always think about what is right you'll be a good person and you'll be a successful person. If you chose the wrong and you have bad thoughts you'll woon't be good in life and you will most likely be a failure in life. For example, when you are passing a a class that means you have chosen the right and you would be a good fruit but if you're failing you would be a bad fruit.
