Healthcare Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Healthcare administrators are either specialists in charge of a specific clinical department or generalists who manage an entire facility or system. The healthcare administrator job description is constantly changing to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. They are called on to improve efficiency in health care facilities and the quality of the care provided. They plan, direct,
coordinate, and supervise the delivery of healthcare.

Average Salary: $52,730- $96,030

Education:

A bachelor’s degree is sufficient enough for entry-level positions and for employment in smaller facilities. Many higher-level healthcare administrators have a master’s degree in the field of public health or business. You don’t need to be licensed, but if you want to you can.

I think I might would like to become a high-level healthcare administrator because I find it interesting and I feel like I might actually like it.
