Education:
Students who
would like to become a medical assistant should complete high school with
courses in biology, physical science, office management, communications, and
human relations. Training programs though may accept a GED certificate.
Training programs are provided in community colleges. They may take between six
months and two years to complete.
I don’t
think I would like to become a medical assistant because I’m more interested in
a higher position that requires more education and a career in biology major.
