Duties and
Responsibilities:
Clinical
managers oversee a specific department such as nursery, physical therapy, or surgery.
Other clinical managers are in charge of
overseeing an entire facility. They set and carry out policies, goals, procedures
for their departments. They also evaluate the quality of the staff’s work, and
develop reports and budgets. They must be able to adapt to changes in health care laws, regulations, and technology.

Education:
To become a
clinical manager you typically need at least a bachelor’s degree. The bachelor’s
degree should be in health administration. Graduate programs often last between
two and three years and may include up to a year of supervised administrative
experience. They should have analytical, communication, interpersonal,
problem-solving, and technical skills, and detail oriented.
I don’t
think I would like to become a clinical manager because it really doesn't interest me and I think I rather do something where I’ll be able to work in a laboratory.
